RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality items and are 100% satisfied with them. 

If for any reason your order arrives damaged or is incorrect please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your items so that we can arrange a replacement or refund*. 

Please note, due to the nature of our products and the personalisation we do not accept change of mind returns.

It is your responsibility to ensure all names and dates are entered correctly we do not take responsibility for incorrect spelling.

All items are shipped with Australia Post and are sent with a tracking number unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times vary on your location but are generally between 3-7 days.
Express postage options are also available.

LEAD TIMES
All of our items are made to order with love and quality materials so we do need some time to process your order.

We generally have your items ready sooner, however please allow 7 business days for your order to be completed. 

Accurate lead times will always be displayed in the header bar on each page of the website.
