Available in a large range of colours to suit fit right in with your brand colours. QR codes are laser engraved and paint filled. QR codes will be generated using the links provided, please make sure the correct links are provided.

***Price includes business name only in a typed font. If you are wanting a the business name to match your logo there will be a logo conversion fee this starts at $25 and varies depending on the size and amount of detail in the logo. 
****Base will now be DOUBLE layered. This adds extra strength and stability. It does not change the look much visually. (The Hands On Physio has the double layered base for reference) 

Please make sure you send through a high quality file. Poor quality logos can not be used as they do not convert well. 

*NOTE paint fill colour acrylic swatch chart is done on white there must be a high enough contrast between the colour acrylic and the paint colour otherwise the QR codes will not work.
