Floral Milestone Disc Set

This brand new design in our milestone disc set includes 12 acrylic discs with months 1-11 as well as a "I am One" disc for that very special 1st birthday.

They are made with double layered 3mm thick acrylic, apron 10cm in diameter and are available in a large variety of colours to go with every theme, this set pairs perfectly with our Floral Birth announcement disc

This item is handmade with love, there may be some slight variances from the pictures shown
