Single Milestone Disc (Additional)

Customise your milestone set by adding additional discs! 

Available in our butterfly, daisy and dinosaur theme.

Each disc is sold separately, to order add the total qty you want and in the notes section  write the text. E.G One Week, Two Weeks etc

They are made with double layered 3mm thick acrylic, aprox 10cm in diameter and are available in a large variety of colours and styles to go with every theme.
