I ordered the First Year Board and it's a beautiful keepsake! I love it! Communication from Jade was quick and helpful. I had made a mistake on my order and emailed to ask if it was still possible to fix, although I wasn't expecting anything. When I received the product, it had the correct word and I was super happy.
