I recommend using a whiteboard or chalk marker to write on the acrylic, this can be wiped off with a tissue or baby wipe ready for the next use. Remove the marker after each use to prevent any staining and make sure not to get any marker on the plywood as it will not be able to be wiped off. 

Made from 4mm thick plywood and 3mm thick acrylic. Please note plywood is a natural product and therefore differs in shade, grain and engraving darkness depending on batch
